Surah 69 Al-Haqqah, Ayat 33-34
اِنَّهٗ كَانَ لَا يُؤۡمِنُ بِاللّٰهِ الۡعَظِيۡمِۙ
﴿69:33﴾
وَلَا يَحُضُّ عَلٰى طَعَامِ الۡمِسۡكِيۡنِؕ ﴿69:34﴾
(69:33) He would not believe in Allah, the Most Great; (69:34) nor would he urge the feeding of the poor.20

20. That is, not to speak of feeding a poor man himself, he did not even
like to say to others that they should feed the hungry.
